Reliable Voting collects: the email addresses of those individuals who communicate via email with us, information volunteered by consumers such as Rating information, Survey information and Site Registration information. We gather information that is used to improve the content of our Website and the quality of the service that we give to you. It is not shared with or sold to other organizations.
Upon registering you will be ask to share information about your voters such as email addresses, phone numbers and mailing address, so that you can use our services to set up your voting lists, and notify voter of an election, confirm their voting eligibility and to receive your election results.
Reliable Voting will never share registration information or voter information with any third party.
Credit Card Information
Upon registration, we can ask for the Registrant’s details such as your name, company name, email address, and billing address (collectively, “Registration Details”) to create an account and to help provide you with our services. Activating your election can include credit card information, and that information is only used to immediately process the transaction and is then deleted from our servers.

Reliable Voting retains ownership of the application code, databases and all rights associated with it.

Under special circumstances, Reliable Voting Ltd. can reveal personally identifiable information, as complying with subpoenas or when the act of the person violates the Terms of Service. Sharing of information may be appropriate to investigate, deter or take action in relation to alleged or real criminal acts, including, without limitation, fraud, circumstances involving possible threats to any person’s physical safety; or as otherwise permitted or required by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
